How long are the personal training sessions?
Personal training sessions are generally 1 hour and 15 minutes long. The sessions consist of 45 minutes of anaerobic exercise and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. Contact us for rates.
Indoor Boot Camp
I have never taken group exercise before, how do I start?
Just show up! Indoor Boot Camp schedules are available online (click here). Our classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.
